Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once our team reviews your request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the item was damaged or incorrect.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, include the RMA slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
